Ohio Energy Customer Choice: Duke Energy is committed to providing information that may be helpful to their customers who are Ross Township residents. Toward that end, they would like to share the links directly below information on Ohio Energy Customer Choice (aka, Energy Choice Ohio). This refers to customers’ ability to choose their electric and/or natural gas supplier in Ohio; sometimes this can occur by “opting in” or “opting out” with what’s known as community aggregation. Ross Township will be putting the issue of community aggregation on the November 2023 ballot. Ross Township Zoning Resolution Next Steps

Thank you to all that attended the Ross Township Zoning Commission’s public hearing on the proposed zoning resolution. The next step in the process is the Butler County Planning Commission’s public hearing of the resolution during their May 10, 2022 meeting at 3:00 p.m. at the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, 1st Floor.  For additional information on the zoning adoption process, please refer to the project website at www.EnvisionRoss.com.  As a reminder, the decision for township-controlled zoning will be made by the voters of Ross Township.
