Community Electric Aggregation Program – Energy Harbor to become Dynegy Energy: For participants in the Community Electric Aggregation Program with Energy Harbor, your energy supply will soon transition from Energy Harbor to Dynegy Energy Services East, LLC.  The current contract, including your rate and term length, will stay the same.  No action is needed.  Dynegy is required to send every account a letter informing the participant of the name change.  After service transistion in the early fall, Dynegy will be listed as the energy supplier instead of Energy Harbor on the Duke Energy bill.  Only those accounts on the community aggregation plan will be impacted by his change.  Anyone with Duke's default supply or with a third-party supplier outside of the aggregation program will not be impacted. Legal Notice – Public Land Sealed Bid Sale

LEGAL NOTICE

PUBLIC LAND SEALED BID SALE

 

Sealed bids will be received by Ross Township for property no longer needed for public use consisting of approximately 4.193 acres located on Hamilton Cleves Road and known as Butler County Auditor’s Parcel Numbers K4610-032-000-046 and K4610-033-000-014.  All sealed bids must be in writing and received in the office of the Township Administrator, Ross Township, 4055 Hamilton Cleves Road, Fairfield, Ohio, 45014 by 5:30 p.m. Thursday, September 5, 2024.  Bids will be opened September 5, 2024 during the regularly scheduled Ross Township Board of Trustees meeting.

Each bid must contain the full name and contact information of each person and/or company submitting a bid on the property.  A minimum bid for the property shall be $25,000.00.  The successful bidder will be required to pay, either by wire transfer or bank check, a deposit equal to ten (10%) percent of their successful bid within 3 business days of the closing of bidding, with the balance to be paid by either cash, wire transfer or bank check at closing. 

The Ross Township Board of Trustees will accept the highest responsive bid if equal to or greater than the minimum bid price.  Ross Township reserves the right to reject all bids.  The Board reserves the right to waive any and all defects and informalities in any proposal and to reject all bids and hold another sale.
