In an effort to keep the roadways in Ross in a sound and safe condition, the Ross Township Road Department annually prepares an aggressive repair and maintenance program for each construction season. The project list includes: Asphalt Repair and Paving, Micro Paving, Pavement Rejuvenation, Retracing (line painting and delineation) and Crack Sealing.

The Road Department is dedicated to the concept of maintaining the streets in Ross Township while they are still in good condition so that they stay that way. The concept is very similar to why you do preventative maintenance on your car. All projects are performed on some of the neediest streets in the Township. Roadway need is always determined under the Department's engineer-surveyed Pavement Management (rating) System.
