Ross Twp. has been made aware of an issue that will impact some residents in the community on the natural gas aggregation program. While AEP Energy was doing some clean up, unfortunately an operational issue caused a number of accounts to get dropped from the program. This has triggered emails/letters from Duke that people are getting sent back to Duke and away from AEP Energy. AEP Energy is working on getting this corrected right now and all the impacted accounts should receive a notification in the upcoming days. This should happen in enough time that there is no lapse in service on the aggregation program.
